Surf’s Up | Tried surfing for the first time today and I’m sooooo proud of myself! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t get me wrong, I was terrible 😂 but having always been so terrified of the vastness of the sea (and all the damn creatures in it), it really took a lot of work to psych myself up for this and I’m glad I did. I was certain death would be imminent (lol) but it was nowhere as bad as I thought it would be 😁😁

Chill | It’s been an amazing few days at @thechillhouse in Canggu, Bali. Great vibes, great people and, dare I say, great VEGAN food! (Words I never thought I’d say 😂) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s legit been the longest I’ve gone without eating meat - although we won’t talk about #tacogate 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ (see my stories/highlights if you don’t know what I’m talking about)

Another phrase I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is, “Bloom where you’re planted”. As much as we can get caught up in the small (sometimes big) things in our lives that we wish were different, imagine if we poured that same amount of energy into flourishing in spite of those things.
It’s a lesson I’m still learning but I’m determined to do better. Are you?
